the most efficient way to lost weight...- attempt to have only 1 meal a day.
- stop having snacks in between break time.
- walking up and down the stairs.
- have lots of lemon and green apples.
- find the longest route to walk home.
- lastly, drink lots of water ;)
can anyone teach me how to not tempted by food?
